Which Countries Do You Ship To?
orders are shipped across canada and the united states through canada post.
Which Product is Best for…?
To answer this question, think about your skin and how it feels, how it reacts to products you’ve used in the past, and what you’re looking to supplement.
The products created for The Library were formulated during the changes experienced with my own skin, and then tested on family and friends. The Eldar balm was created when I had a damaged moisture barrier, increased sensitivity, redness, and cystic acne. Thelema was created during the summer of 2018 when my skin was clear, normal, and just needed light moisture and a little brightness. The Multibalm was created during the pandemic’s cold, dry winter to help deal with dry and cracked cuticles from excessive hand washing. Rosalind was created when I was using Differin, still experienced clogged pores, yet couldn’t use exfoliating acids or scrubs.

Do You Offer Free Shipping?
Free shipping is only available on orders of up to three (3) of the Lip + Cheek Rouge within Canada. These are sent via Canada Post as regular letter mail.
Keep an eye out for coupon codes on Instagram or in the newsletter.
What About Local Orders?
There is no free shipping on local orders because I have to drive to drop them off.
For orders shipped with the “Mailbox drop-off (Edmonton and area)” option, please provide your contact information. Do not choose this option if you live outside of the immediate Edmonton zone. I cannot drive to your house in Calgary.
What Happens If My Order Doesn’t Arrive?
I do not offer refunds or exchanges for products that you decide you do not like.
If your order has not arrived after 90 business days and you did not pay for tracking, ensure that the shipping address provided was correct. Orders with and without tracking that do not arrive to their destinations are returned to sender.
In the event that a product is missing from a sealed package, or a container breaks within a sealed package, contact me immediately by email at thelibraryapothecary@gmail.com and provide photographs.
FOR US CUSTOMERS THAT DO NOT PAY FOR TRACKING: In the event that border security has opened a package and did not reseal it properly leading to loss of an item or damage to your purchase, you must contact the US shipping provider as the purchaser. They will refund you for damages.
Do Orders Come With Tracking?
The option to add tracking to US orders is available and recommended.
Within Canada, all regular parcels automatically come with tracking. Parcels shipped as letter mail do not come with tracking.
